He was polite and courteous and informative. He was patient with our yappy dog that i had to move to the back of the house; sorry about that. She is not dangerous, just loud. i joined the Sanders Care program, so this visit was free. i believe this is a good value, especially since my home is older and in need of frequent assistance in taking care of it to keep us safe.“
