“The techs that have come to service my generator, JD and Billy J have been great. Timely work and explained the issue. As far as the product when it works it’s excellent but we’ve had some issues that concern me since the generator is less than 2 years old. We’ve had a relay board malfunction, then some other type of relay that required me to operate it manually. The latest issue, which to their credit they detected through the monitoring system, there was a ghost code they had to remove.“
