I was able to get an appointment within two days to replace my water heater. Eric arrived on time and proceeded to expeditiously remove the old one and install the new one without any assistance from me. It has been working fine and I can recommend Roto-Rooter and Eric for plumbing issues.

Roto-Rooter customer service and service technician are awesome. Shawn(service tech)was on time and gave a free quote after he explained the work process to replace the hot water heater and bring the plumbing up to code. After the work was complete, he cleaned up the area to prevent mold.The best part is Roto-Rooter was able to fix us up the same day!!! I highly recommend.
