Chris came out late on a Saturday and was great. Mike came out the next to give me an estimate if cleaning the cast iron and saw the sidewalk and repair and old pvc pipe. He was quick and friendly. On his return, Chris had Taylor with him and they were efficient and professional. Taylor did a great job with a concrete trowel. I’d use them again with no concerns.
I had water leaking everywhere in my kitchen and dining area.I was 20 min in agony and I called Roto Rooter.The Supervisor Rod who is the customer advocate came out in less than 30 minutes and in the dark and didn't stop till he got the issue resolved.He was patient and God brought the right person to stop my condo from a complete flood out !!
