North Hills Family Medical Center

Been going to this clinic for years, first with Dr. Jock Cobb and now with Dr. Chris Cobb. I feel like this staff truly cares about my health. I feel heard, I feel taken seriously, I feel cared for. Dr. Chris Cobb spends the time to assess my whole condition. He seems to truly want to find the best treatment for me and educate me on how to navigate a complex medical system in order to get the best from all my doctors. I have been going to North Hills Family Medical Center for 30+ years. I tried to refill a prescription and they said they’d contact my doctor. Imagine my surprise when I went to check and see if it was ready and it said, Denied the doctor said you are no longer a patient! Can you get fired by your doctor? I called the office and was put on hold for a while and then they said they’d call me back. Apparently, you CAN get fired by your doctor! They told me that you I MUST go at least twice a year and also that I had missed several appointments. I only make an appointment if I’m sick, why else would you even go to see a doctor? I'm a more than pleased with Dr. Jock and Dr. Chris Cobb, as well his team. I've experienced some difficult days during the pandemic and both doctors have always been available and took care of my issues at a moments notice. I can only say great things about the doctors and staff I interact with, even the front desk staff is amazing!
