The CARTI clinic is the definition of compassionate care. I see Dr. Khalil to help manage my anemia, and he is amazing. He is always in a cheerful and positive mood. He spends a great amount of time with you and will thoroughly explain everything to you in a way you can understand. The nurses in the infusion room are awesome and do whatever they can to make you comfortable and monitor you closely for any reactions. I have had a great experience with CARTI. I would recommend Dr. Khalil to everyone - he is one of a kind! Thank you, CARTI and Dr. Khalil, for getting me back on my feet again and managing my health issues with diligent care!
I'm not sure why the reviews average 2.9, I suppose because usually only people with complaints do reviews! I am NOT one of those people; everyone I have had dealings with at NLR CARTI has been kind and caring. Dr. Khalil, his staff, reception, lab and treatment nurses have all been amazing! Today is my final CHEMO and I want to thank everyone at CARTI for their wonderful care!
Awesome place. Very organized and all of the staff was very friendly and attentive! My family has been impressed with everyone here for the past year that we have been taking my grandfather. Today, his nurse Karen, was super awesome! They were busy, but they all still took time to be attentive and caring! Thankful for this convent location.
