“I have chronic herniating discs in my low back due to a stress fracture from an injury years ago. I’ve been avoiding surgery but I’m on borrowed time. The herniated disc also puts pressure on my sciatic nerve and shoots pain down the leg. Anyone with this issue knows how debilitating it is. I came to see Melinda and she is AMAZING at what she does. It’s not just a massage, but she incorporates exercises and stretches to help as well. When I came to see her, I was at a pain level 9/10 and could barely walk. After 3 sessions, I’d say I’m at a 2/10. I would recommend her any day of the week.
