She also took the time to understand my medical issues. The massage was incredible, and the design of her new space is very relaxing. I would highly recommend her.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here. A friend wanted to gift me with a massage from Leigh Ann, whom she was really impressed with. I spoke with Leigh Ann over the phone, and also communicated via her online message system. We discussed type of massage, as well as date and time of appointment. I confirmed via online messaging that the appointment time and date worked for me. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and found the door locked with no one visible inside. A sign on the door said she'd be available at 9:30, which was my appointment time. I waited in the January cold for 30 minutes, coming to the door 3 times, and calling twice, leaving 2 voice messages. Finally, at 9:40 (10 minutes after my appointment), I had no response from anyone, and I was so cold. In the 2nd message, I told Leigh Ann I couldn't reach anyone and was too cold to wait and to please call me to figure this out. I had hoped to receive a call, an apology, and some kind of deal or offer to make up for the appointment I made but didn't get. Instead, in the next day or 2 (not promptly), I received a voice message from Leigh Ann stating she didn't remember me and I didn't have an appointment. I called and left another voice message reminding her how we had talked and made the appointment, and I also sent her another online message showing her where we had confirmed all this in writing. It's been 3 days since I last reached out to Leigh Ann, and I've heard nothing back whatsoever. I have waited 6 days total since my appointment to leave this review, hoping to work things out and get that massage and give her something better than 1 star. After that long, I'm giving up on ever getting it worked out. I hear Leigh Ann is really nice and very skilled. But apparently I won't get the chance to find out for myself.“

“I've used several different therapists at Restore on a monthly to bi-monthly basis for the past three years. I've never had a bad experience, and each therapist is careful to listen each visit to my specific concerns and needs. It's a relaxing atmosphere the second you walk through the door, and that carries into each therapist's workspace. I have found that the therapists and my massages at Restore have helped my chronic pain and discomfort more than any other doctor or method. I can't say enough--they help my quality of life tremendously!“

*I didn’t care too much for paying for aromatherapy just to have it placed under my nose twice to be sniffed. I thought it would have been part of the massage oil. Mistakes on my pert for not questioning more. Rain showers times are not staggered for 2 people at the same time or back to back. I’d like to shower and wash my hair before leaving to eat and head home.

Over all, the place is a 10! Our therapist were an easy 10!!! We drive 2.5 hours to get there. It’s worth every mile. Prices are comparable to Spas with much less luster.
