I called to ask why I’m being referred to a gynecologist for the second time in one month, especially since I already had my exam with Dr. Nagel 6 months ago. This was explained to their nurse a few weeks back and I thought this was corrected and everything was fine. The receptionist Amanda was very rude and would not let me speak and explain. She just kept interrupting me and kept saying the same thing over and over that the nurses won’t return until after 1:30. I spent 10 minutes on hold and this after waiting to call after “lunch hour” which the recording said 1pm. Amanda needs training in listening and a bit of understanding. This clinic used to be great but over the last two years it has gone downhill! The receptionist hardly ever answers the phone, there is literally only one doctor in the entire office, no backup doctor or nurse you can speak with when the doctor is on out or on vacation.The receptionist is not helpful when you need an appointment. I honestly don’t see how they are still in business. Wouldn’t be surprised if this clinic closes soon either. Run!Although, I hate starting over with another PCP after 5 years, I’m fed up! You all have lost me as a client.

RUN AWAY. I used to have a wonderful doctor at this location (Dr. Beamon), but in the past 2 years, this place has become a nightmare. At my most recent appointment, Dr. Fred Nagel dismissed every concern I had with no empathy, barely listened (asking questions I'd already answered thoroughly in the sentence before), and did not follow through on a single thing after the appointment. For example, 4 weeks after my annual where I requested a referral to a speech language pathologist for vocal strain (which he said he would put it in), he still has not sent a referral.
