“There are numerous reasons for my recommendation regarding Rock Medical Center. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring describe the team members. A welcoming environment at the desk and in the waiting area is promoted by staff. The staff members are helpful and efficient in scheduling, and wait time is very reasonable.

Dr. Sidarous listens and more importantly, he hears what I say. I realize I am included in my care and my opinions and my feelings count. His approach is kind and positive, and he takes the time to answer any questions and to explain points, while doing patient teaching. Because Dr. Sidarous is extremely knowledgeable with medications, diet and exercise, my blood pressure is now under control.

Also, I enjoy taking time out at the med spa at the Rock for a relaxing and refreshing facial performed by Jennifer, who possesses a medical esthetician license. She is experienced, informative, enthusiastic, and thorough. The chemical peel I received has definitely improved the look of my facial skin. The clinic offers quality products, which have improved the condition of my aging skin.

I highly recommend this clinic. I am 75-years old, and I’ve been to numerous clinics in my lifetime. This is my all-time favorite clinic with the kindest team of very competent people. I don’t even mind going to a doctor appointment anymore! Actually, I look forward to reaching my health goals with the help of the team at Rock Medical Center.“

The health care staff here: Cole, Callie, Megan, and Morgan are all courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They know me by name and are always a pleasure to speak with during my weekly infusions. They provide pre-meds to anticipate any potential side effects and work to ensure you have a firm understanding of the medication or vitamins you are receiving. Amy in scheduling is professional as well and works hard to accommodate my busy schedule. You will love the atmosphere and the facilities are clean and modern. You should definitely check them out!“

“I had my first appointment with Dr. Burton this morning and she was the sweetest lady. She listened to me and believed me when I told her what I had been dealing with. For the first time today I felt like there is HOPE. Her and her nurse both treated me gently and with such compassion. I look forward to our appointments in the future. If you’re a woman and you’ve had some not so great experiences with healthcare in the past or have dealt with any sort of trauma, I encourage you to give this clinic and Dr. Burton a try. I felt safe, respected and heard. They even took extra time with me to make to try to limit any pain I may experience. I saw another review on here about the “full bladder” thing. I understand that’s frustrating and it was for me too but honestly I really appreciated they were so thorough! Sometimes discomfort can be expected when you’re trying to diagnose a painful condition.“

“LRFP has been outstanding. I really like my doctor and his staff. They are responsive to messages and calls too. Check ups are prompt, but I always get to ask questions or bring up concerns. They are also remarkably punctual. I’m a patient for life!“
