Dennis made our rental process a very pleasant one .He helped like no other landlord has in my experience of renting. His responsiveness and communication not only helped with the logistics of the transaction, but also made us feel comfortable and secure. He took the extra steps to be more helpful than he had to be. Dennis and Janet took over from Lynda Bowers business while we were renting. They were able to set up a website for us to pay our rent. Dennis was very responsive to all our needs. He is very kind and helpful. We had no issues while living there. However, we hit a little snag with ending our lease per lease terms that were set by previous company. We had a few conversations about different interpretation of the lease. We also had to appeal some of the charges at the end of our stay. The owners of the property, which Dennis managed, were not very cooperative and understanding. Our experience with Arkansas Property Management was like no other. Dennis Blackwell made the process seamless. We are 1st time home buyers but it didn’t feel like it. Never once overwhelmed by the process it self. We will not turn to anyone else. We highly recommend!
