Pros and cons of this place are as follows.
Pros (and there’s a lot)
1.Precise/ concise training. You will learn how to explain your documents to your clients quickly. No other firm have I ever met that does this. It’s likely mandatory at KW.
2. Unlimited coffee.
3. Weekly Wednesday meetings that are so structured you are in and out in 60 minutes.
4. Introduces you to a new vendor weekly and that vendor brings lunch for the office.
5. Doesn’t force you to use their in-house lender/title company.
6. Everyone-well, 80%- is there to help you with Jonny on the spot questions. This office wants you to succeed. They will help you at all costs.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Keller Williams Realty and Broker Jay Coates and his amazing team! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and handled with care. Jay and his team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. Communication was always clear, prompt, and helpful. They truly made the process stress-free and enjoyable. I felt valued and supported the entire time, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell—they’re simply the best!
