I am immunocompromised and require anyone who comes into my home to wear an N-95 to protect me from illness. James called before coming and asked if he needed to buy one. When I told him I would provide it since it was my requirement, he reassured me that he would take care of my appliance and also keep me safe. It was a breath of fresh air after having recent service by other companies whose technicians showed no compassion and zero respect.

Teylor called to let me know he was on his way, something I had requested on my earlier call as I work from home and need to make sure I can step away from my desk.
