“Although harper service is not the company we’ve used yet, their customer service is top notch.
Allison has been helping me with a warranty issue on my Fridge for the past 2 days. She has been nothing but kind and polite, even though the situation has been frustrating, out of her hands, and she could have washed her hands of it after the 2nd phone call. She even went so far as to stay on the phone with me and the company (who’s been giving both of us the run around) to try and get me help sooner. I have nothing but amazing words to say about Allison! thank you so much for all your help!!“
