Okay. So I am doing a review on the hiring process since so many people are complaining about the travel and Wachter not being for family. Actually so far. The recruiter and people person Bodie has made it clear on paper and in words that the field technicians jobs are 100% travel. Ive seen nothing else that states anything different. Bodie and employees have been nothing but transparent, professional and kind. So, I dont see where anyone has the right to complain on here. Ill update in 90 days. Cheers MAK
I work for wachter for 2 years. They did nothing but bend over backwards to work with me and my family. They truly commit to what they say, family comes first then work. Of course there is a lot of travel but you are paid well and taken care of. The negative reviews that I saw on Google should be deleted, wachter is by far one of the best companies to work for. I was a traveling data technician for them, lost my job just before covid-19 hit. Have been applying to get back with wachter ever since. Great company to work for I highly recommend it for any technician looking for a lifetime job with Room to Grow, great pay, excellent people.
