Responded to our needs, was open and communicated well. He fixed the problem and didn't try to sell us unneeded services or products. His charges were reasonable and I will definitely call him again when necessary. Highly recommend.

Randy and Casey were absolutely wonderful! They replaced our water heater so quickly and as a result we were able to prevent damage to our wood floors.
