Josh came out to give me a price on a new roof. As part of the process he evaluated my existing roof and concluded that it probably has some life left in it. He was very knowledgeable and obviously very honest by potentially turning away or at least delaying an expensive project.
Whe I do need the roof replaced Midcon will definitely get my business.

Sam is professional and really knows his industry. He communicates well and is very responsive. He made the process of replacing my roof something I could feel good about. He took all the time needed to make sure I understood the various roof components, how they work together and that I was selecting the best color for the look of my home. The entire team was great and with Sam keeping me informed at every step, I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call on Sam and Midcon Exteriors again should the need arise.

Mid Con was doing a big roofing job in our neighborhood so I thought they might be familiar with our cement tile roof which had a leak over our back deck. I spoke with John in the office and he sent Caleb out the next morning! Caleb was able to correctly patch the roof- no shingles needed and said whoever had ytirr re d to patch it properly did a poor job I believe he sealed it and do far no leak! Awesome service and prompt too!! Highly recommend!
