“We love our new shower. Drew the installer and Devin was in training. They were amazing, making sure we knew every step, little decisions made quickly, because Drew was efficient and managed time fantastically. Said it'd take a week and it only took 4 days. Please excuse the no glass. When we found out the glass could take up to 3 weeks, Drew knew I was disabled and couldn't step up to shower in the other showers in our home, Drew took action. He contacted Cameron and Cameron was at our home on Saturday afternoon and put a temporary curtain up. We couldn't have asked for better. We were recommend to Bentonville Glass, and they were terrible. We asked for 2 quotes, framed and unframed. They only sent the unframed estimate and nothing else through an email and when I tried to respond to said email, that person had an automated message saying they were out of the office and wouldn't return till October 11th. When my husband called, the man said well we can't do framed, my husband was you could've at least told us that. Twist and Spout are absolutely amazing, they took that extra step for their customers. The glass will be done and when it is I'll repost. Drew, Devin and Cameron thank you so much, for the shower of our dreams!!”
