“After a pipe burst in our home, they worked with us to get everything restored as quickly as possible. In addition to replacing all the flooring, a few walls and base-boarding- they also took on a small, separate, project of updating the bathroom. I’m a very particular and detail oriented person. As such, I’ve had several negative experiences with other contractors in NWA. But everyone at JM did an outstanding job, even by my standards! We really appreciated everyone’s attention to detail and their willingness to educate us on their processes with kindness and transparency. They placed care and attention on the planning and communication process right at the start and that made a positive difference during the work itself. We will be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend anyone else to give them a call as well!“
