We had a water leak from a hose on our tankless water heater in the attic. Water leaked into our attic, between some walls, onto some ceilings, into the carpet in the living room etc. Rainbow handled it all, from the clean up to the restoration. The people that came were very professional and knew exactly what to do. When they were finished you could not tell a leak had ever happened. Unfortunately, several months later we had another leak in a copper pipe in the wall in a bathroom. Absolutely great service. Meticulous in documenting what you have. They documented valuables I had even forgotten about. Excellent work. I would definitely recommend for after a fire! The stress is so much lesser than I expected!
The best part about this company is the team. When I walked in the doors I was met with a smile, and was introduced to all of the team members by name. Everyone was genuinely friendly and ready to help. I appreciated that so much!
