It is a privilege to work with a team of such dedicated, caring people. Watching them go calmly about the cleaning and disinfecting work we do has been a truly humbling experience. These folks care not just about their customers, but about the people around them. They go out of their way to serve others.

Reviews
After lightning struck our home on Nov. 30th and caused a subsequent fire which affected several rooms in our house, we decided to call SERVPRO of Northwest Little Rock to mitigate the fire, smoke, and water damage. A SERVPRO representative came out less than 24 hours after the fire on a Saturday morning and did a great job explaining the cleanup process. The Monday after the fire, the entire SERVPRO team, including Ed and Todd (who have been great to work with) arrived at our house ready to get started. The pack out team was also very professional, helpful, courteous, and reassuring during this stressful time. We are extremely pleased with the services (and peace of mind) SERVPRO provided, as they were very detailed in all their work, and were able to accomplish so much in a very short period of time. Now we are back on track to getting our home rebuilt and livable again. We are very thankful for SERVPRO of NW LR this holiday season!
I can’t say enough good things about Brenda and Amanda with SERVPRO! They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire packing up process. Dealing with an unexpected situation like this can be stressful and overwhelming, but they went above and beyond to explain everything, keep things moving smoothly, and truly helped ease any anxiety.
