The owner is fantastic. She's so professional and personable, answers all questions in depth, kind, and understanding of any insecurities you may have about showing your body. Everything was clean and she cleaned up immediately afterwords. I was early for my appt, so I called to make sure I was in the right place, but explained that I was fine waiting. She showed up apprx 25 min earlier than scheduled since I was already there. Just super cool all around. Def going back
I absolutely LOVE Felicia! She’s been my waxer for years; she’s always so gentle, friendly, and very professional. If you’re looking for a waxer, I definitely recommend going to her bc she’s THE BEST!!!
