I posted a review a few months ago and I have been knowing Jess for more than 10 years we had an issue me bringing my own last lashes and being charge 15 to use glue we talked about it I still don’t think it was right or fair due to how long I have supported her business because it is a choice and Nancy always gets me right I still use Jess shop because again the service we don’t have to see eye to eye as long as we remain professional and respect to one another i will continue to support Jess as long as Nancy is there!!!!!
