Bryan was a huge help! I had to call him in the late night to rescue my parents who got locked out of the trailer. He was absolutely wiling to come out and help them! He was also very patient as I was running point since my parents locked their phones in the trailer, and I was in a different state. So thankful for Bryan!

Called on a Sunday needing a key, and Bryan was extremely responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, due to setbacks beyond either of our control with the vehicle being Fleet, we were unable to have the service performed. The customer service received throughout the ordeal of Sunday into Monday warrants such a high rating, and I would absolutely come to Tom's if I have any issues with a personal vehicle.
