From admission through discharge everyone was great. I wish I could remember all of their names..but I felt like everyone cared about my well being and will use St. Bernard s for my future health needs
I would like to provide some feedback regarding my care. While I appreciate the work of the team, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by some of the nursing staff. I felt that the communication was not as proactive as I hoped, and certain requests were met with long delays, which caused me unnecessary discomfort and anxiety during my stay. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the patient experience for others
