As always I was given exceptional care from Dr Ragland and his staff. Lori anticipated my need for a flu shot. No pressure, just asked if I wanted it, and I did. I was there for a 6 month check up with fasting bloodwork. The flu shot and bloodwork were done in the brief wait time to see doctor so I could eat my peanut butter crackers and apple juice. Dr. Ragland gave me his undivided attention and answered all my questions in a way I understand.
Dr. Tripod is old school. The way seeing your primary care should always be. Thorough, thoughtful, considerate and passionate about the care he provides. I will never change doctors now.
Dr. Nathan Tripod was very thorough, and took the time to over each of my concerns and needs as a new patient. I have a lengthy medical history and genuinely seemed to care about my well being. I didn’t feel like just another number through the door.
