It’s hot in July…woke this morning to an 81° house, A/C was inop… Quick call for inquiry, set up same day appointment. Tech arrived at pre-arranged time. Went right to work. After some diag and part replacement, all was back up and running. Total professional, including clean up…My only call for my household needs… THANK YOU!

Very happy customer. They did an awesome job with the realignment of our exterior door. And installing new deadbolt and door knob. Randy (owner), Bob and Corne (workers) were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If you need anything done I highly recommend Sim's Construction
