Thank you Dr. Ross and staff for letting me walk in and be seen. I tried a big name eye clinic in town and after waiting 30 minutes I decided to try somewhere else. I wasn't sure what to expect by walking in a 5:15 on a Tuesday but I was seen quickly and I felt like Dr. Ross cared even thought I wasn't a patient. I appreciate it more than I can say.

I have a son who was in town for a short time and we needed his eyes checked. The gals at the front were super friendly and helpful. Able to get him seen and fixed up before he left. Super great service by all the staff! Always a good experience for us here at Ross!?

Dr. Ross and the team are great. However, deducted 2 stars for this particular young blonde girl who works in the front desk. Had to deal with her multiple times and she always looks like she hates to be there. I came in to pick up my contacts, without even looking at me she asked rudely "for who?", and went ahead to grab my contacts and just handed it to me and sat down. She also did my eye check one time and was so rude. She might be the owner's daughter who got forced to work, but she's pretty ridiculous.
