I was greeted when I walked!! Very nice of them and not only that, I noticed that they greeted every customer that came in and was concerned to resolve their issues.On the other hand, I had a nail in my tire and thanks be to the staff for helping me out! They were able to fix my tire and get me out within 2hours!! Not so bad. Thank you Plaza Tire for your great customer service!Very friendly staff
I think it’s good service, but I’m not sure if it’s them or everyone you go to can’t diagnose the issue when there is no check engine light on??♂️ . My thermostat won’t move and my fan turns on 5 sec after I crank and let it sit. As I was on my way to get it checked out it started back working , now it no longer works, this is the third time it had done it and now idk what to do, because still no check engine light??♂️
I’m from out of town and had a flat, a cut on the sidewall. The tire could not be fixed. My husband went ahead and got 4 new tires. It was late in the day, on Saturday following Thanksgiving. They got us in, fixed us up, even though it ran a little over closing time. So very pleased with Plaza Tire, 4301 Johnson, Jonesboro, AR.
