We just had a harrowing experience with our breaker box which is in our basement. Something shorted out and caused a system failure and also started a small fire in the box. Once I knew the fire was out, I started googling electrical companies to see if I could get someone to come out on a Saturday afternoon and fix the problem. Owens Electric actually had someone on call to answer the phone. Gabe was very professional and said as soon as he could locate one of his electricians he would get someone headed our way. The two men who came to my home and did the installation of an outlet for the outside of my house were AWESOME!!! Ugh! I wish I had got their names!! They answered all my questions and they explained to me what they were doing. They also worked on my ceiling fan which is pretty high up. He retired it a couple of ways to try to satisfy me, but at the end of the day we realized it was best just to get another fan. I did ask about the price of my service before they started and they assured me it wouldn't be much, but after receiving my invoice, to me it was. Owens Electric Your electricians were great they were in and out fast. I called around 11am and was told it would be Wednesday or Thursday before they could do the work to my astonishment they were here within an hour and did exactly what I needed done. They were polite and explained everything they were doing in laymans terms so I could understand. Owens Electric is the best electric company I have had the pleasure of working with.
