I dont right alot of reviews, but Milan deserves the praise. Not only are they respectful and so very kind. They also bring a kind of positive energy that helps ease the tension. I was a bit of an anxious mess when I first went in but now that I'm well into my treatment, its easy to be comfortable and feel safe there. 10/10 keep up the fantastic work. <3

I’ve had a fantastic experience at this location and cannot recommend them enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is professional yet incredibly welcoming.
Jade at the front desk is wonderful! She handles the reception with such a friendly attitude and makes the check-in process seamless. The communication here is top-notch. I’m always kept informed, and they are great about sending reminders and answering questions.
The service itself is consistently timely. I never feel like I’m waiting around, which I appreciate. I am always in and out. My provider, Keressa, is exceptional. She provides excellent care, making sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process while being very thorough with the treatment.

The girls here are awesome!! They are so sweet and accommodating to your needs. I have a low pain tolerance so they give me more time during my appointment. I will say the process definitely works! The only downfall is that I am a pale girly and you cannot self tan or be in the sun for 4 weeks prior to an appointment. (For safety reasons: apparently it can cause burns) As a girl who self tans often this is kind of sucky but it is still worth the end result of being hair free!!

We have had nothing but issues when it comes to our loan. We ended up canceling our services because our loan was at 25% interest when we were guaranteed in writing 0% interest. And now we are dealing with the credit company they referred us to and neither establishment can give us a straight answer. When in doubt go local. This has caused us so much headache, stress, anger and arguments. We will never reccomend this establishment or franchise to anyone.
