So I went in at first, I was excited, nervous, and I had no idea what to expect. The instructors are fantastic and simply the best. That’s not an exaggeration at all. They give you a good workout then they give the lesson and they are so passionate about every student getting the absolute maximum out of the session. As soon as my feet hit the mat I was treated like family and I was welcomed with open arms! You come out of every session feeling energized, confident and focused.
