The customer service at The Auto Clinic in Jonesboro is superb, better than what I've experienced at any dealership. They took amazing care of me from the point of my initial phone call inquiring about servicing my vehicle. I spoke with Janice. She was kind and willingly answered my questions then immediately sent a detailed itemized quote. In person, I met Janice, Patrick and Jonathan, they were warm, welcoming and extremely nice.
Not only is their customer service exceptional, but pricing, thoroughness in servicing my Jaguar F-Pace was as well. The entire process from the initial phone call to picking up my car was seamless.
I dropped my car off for a oil leak and it was in and out in a hour it turned out to be something minor (oil filter wasn’t on correctly ) and they called me to pick my car up free of charge. Nate and the mechanics up there are awesome ! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!
