VA was totally mismanaged in our case. However I want to give a clear shout out to our OT Dale. Without him my husband probably wouldn’t be as advanced he is. He worked with our schedule and showed up consistently. He called us the day before EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Also shout out to our PTs Kyle and Matt. They did exactly the same. Thank you guys.
Now. The administration at Elite needs to fire themselves and move on. Seriously. Anyone looking for a competent company that you can rely on needs to move on. They cannot even provide you with a skilled nurse to show up at your home each week who will know your medications and profile. The nurse won’t know the first...read full review
Very Professional and Courteous.
We have Brittney Ward and Mike Sheridan come to South Wind Heights two to three times a week and they do an amazing job with the residents and going above and beyond for fall risk and making sure to have a great fun exercise class with the residents! This is one of their favorite and activities with highest attendance! We love partnering with Elite Home Health!
