We have used Elam for many of their services and are always very satisfied with their work. They want to please the customer, prompt and courteous. We enjoy working with their employees. Their office staff are also very courteous and have a smile in their voice when we call.
I can't say enough good things about this restoration business. We had a frozen water pipe inside the ceiling, they were here first thing Monday when I called that morning. From the initial work of the dry down of the floors and ceilings, to their painter and drywall man Pat, to cleaning my area rugs that had gotten wet plus carpet shampooing, all the work and people were top notch.i highly recommend Elam
