This company handled the seller's end on a property that we purchased. When we discovered that the seller did not fulfill their end of the agreement (i.e. failure to repair items our inspectors found, leaving trash and personal belongings behind), we contacted their realtor who told us to contact her broker. After numerous attempts to reach the broker (Doty), we finally talked and he promised to take care of it. Stating that his word was his bond and although he would incur the expense, he would clean up the mess they left behind. False. He ignored our calls and emails, and never took care of the mess.
