They were able to get me in the very next day to establish as a new patient. Staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful. The wait was less than 15 minutes. Doc was so informative and educated me very well regarding diagnoses, interventions and ways to minimize unmanaged or worsening symptoms. He was aligned with my decision for a conservative approach to treatment. I purchased my glasses in their shop as well and the ladies were professional and efficient. They never tried to sell me on anything I didn't want. They thoroughly explained all options available, explaining necessity vs optional additions to my prescription.
