Had slt with Dr little. I would say as a doctor he was definitely a 5 star. But this is a review for the clinic. Wait times are pretty bad first visit was an hour past my scheduled time. Second visit they forgot drops during pre checking so I had to get them then wait another 30 minutes.Original quote was just over 600 for procedure. Then came two bills at almost 400 each. Just recieved another bill for just over 400. So im around 1200 for what I was told would be under 700. Then was told if the procedure don't work im welcome to come back in 6 months and try again for what I'm guessing will be another 1200 dollars. Had a great experience with PRK surgery with Dr. Stank! However, the downside of this office and company is the scheduling. Every single appointment has always ran 35 minutes to an hour past the scheduled time. It has never failed. There were patients who always went back before me and got there after me, even when I'm only scheduled for a post op appointment. I understand 10-15 minutes behind but not that excessive.

Last week I had a surgery on my right eye and got a basic lens was told basic lens does the same thing as other lens just the other lens reduce glare so I chose to go with a basic and in my eyes .well talk to the Dr Little today and told him there had been no change in my vision in my right eye after surgery, and he told me that I was told wrong that basic lens was not corrective lens so now I’m stuck with basic lens in one eye , and he doesn’t want try and fix the left eye with a better corrective lens I really feel I have gotten screwed over by a Dr. Little and the team at southern associates here in Jonesboro today 6/19/2023 very disappointed.
