I'll never not recommend this dentist's office. My chitlins have been going here since we moved to Jonesboro. They are so punctual and get us in and out quickly, usually within a half an hour. Dr. sandlin, his assistants and the staff are all very polite and hospitable. Today we were very very late for our appointment, close to an hour (the winter storm we had and plow trucks all over highland). I called thinking we would have to reschedule. They told me to come on and they'd squeeze us in. The wait wasn't long at all and yet again we were finished within a half an hour. Sandlin Dental always has treated myself and anyone I’ve ever referred there as family. Quite frankly, I’ve sent almost all of my family there! The entire staff there genuinely cares about their patients and you can feel it. Dr. Sandlin is very through and always ensuring you’re comfortable during treatment. I’ve never been left surprised with costs or treatment and if I’ve ever had questions about insurance or billing, the ladies up front are the best.

The staff here has always been super nice to me, they keep a very clean and professional operation and have always been upfront about issues and costs for any work I’ve had done. Make sure to schedule ahead and show up on time and you’ll have a great experience. I’ve been seeing Dr. Sandlin since I moved here and was 15 and will continue to see him as long as I’m here!
