I have a mobile Home in Bryant, Arkansas that I am currently renting out to tenants. I received a call from the tenants, informing me that they have no heat. I called a Heating and Air-conditioning Company in the nearby town of Benton. That company sent a technician out to the property and told me that the "Heating Exchange Unit" in my furnace had a crack and they would have to replace the furnace, at a whopping cost of $2,900. I decided to get a second opinion and I contacted "Home Advisor" to get some names of Heating repair companies. About five minutes later, Michelle who is the Office Administrator Assistant for "Quality Air Care" called me back. I explained to her that I live in Reno, Nevada and really would like to have a second opinion. Michelle was such a wonderful and caring lady and she offered to send out one of their technicians for a second opinion at no charge. To my amazement, Shawn Covey called me back immediately after he went out to the property and informed me that there is no leak in the heating exchange unit! He told me that someone was tampering with the unit and they were trying to wedge a screwdriver into the heating unit to cause a leak! He is sending me pictures that he took. He is also sending me a written statement about what he discovered, regarding the tampering. Shawn, I cannot thank you enough for your honesty! These people are good, decent people who could have easily cost me thousands of dollars for replacing the heating unit. They are so very honest and I am so very grateful for people like them.
