I called Pop A Lock to rekey two locks and install 3 new deadbolts so that they would all work with the same key. Alex called me back very quickly and let me know he was available the next day, over the weekend.He was running a little late and called to let me know right away, then called me again when he was on his way giving me an idea of when to expect him. All the work was completed very quickly, less than 2 hours. He even showed me how to rekey the locks myself for next time, and let me know he's happy to come back if I need him to for any reason.Communication, friendliness and service here are worth 5 stars. Highly recommend. I needed two blank Jeep keys cut from the VIN. I got the code from a dealer but they couldn't cut keys. I brought in my blanks and the code and they jumped right on it. Fortunately, they looked at my old key and caught that the code I had was wrong. Not a problem. They gave me the correct code, cut my blanks and they work perfectly. All at a super reasonable price. Thank you!!
I've called them for being locked out of my house and now my car. Both times they were quick and professional, and no scratches or damage happened. The prices might seem a little high compared to some, but it's worth it for the skill and speed. Hopefully I don't need them again lol, but if I do I won't hesitate to call.
