“I called Pop A Lock to rekey two locks and install 3 new deadbolts so that they would all work with the same key. Alex called me back very quickly and let me know he was available the next day, over the weekend.He was running a little late and called to let me know right away, then called me again when he was on his way giving me an idea of when to expect him. All the work was completed very quickly, less than 2 hours. He even showed me how to rekey the locks myself for next time, and let me know he's happy to come back if I need him to for any reason.Communication, friendliness and service here are worth 5 stars.
