the woman who cut my sons hair was very cold, unfriendly and unprofessional. did not do what I asked her to do at all. stopped halfway thru his cut to greet and hug a friend who came in the store! she clearly had the ability to smile but not once was one directed at me or my child. if you hate your job so much that you can't put on a customer service face, go do something else. totally ruined the experience. it'll grow back but we won't go back. definitely over charged and over tipped for what we experienced. would not recommend. positive was they were open with no wait🤷‍♀️

I asked them to leave my bangs alone but the hairstylist made them as short as possible. Please make them understand what you want not what they want to do.

I travel over an hour for the haircut as its always an excellent haircut and MVP from Candy. The ability to join the lineup and arrive just before the stylist is available allows me to get other things accomplished and not waste time.

There is one stylist that has a terrible attitude and should be avoided. Michaela is the name. Had some serious truth issues.
