We were passing through Ft Smith n our motorhome and our babies were in much need of
Grooming. Called Rachel with Shabby Chic and she
Was nice enough to get our three babies an appt. She did an absolutely fabulous job grooming our Bishon, Shitzsu and Havanese. Best haircut they have had in a long time! We were super pleased with their grooming. When we come back to town we will definately come back to Shaggy Chic
When I called Rachael to discuss grooming my Shih Tsui, I explained that I had been attempting to do so myself since taking her to another groomer that only terrified her. My fur baby is a recuse that is almost 10 yrs. old and as a breeder all of her life, she had been very isolated from any outside stimulation other than the box she had been kept in all of her life.She is an amazing and beautiful little love and we didn't want her to be traumatized again, but I simply am not a groomer and had no clue what to do to make her more comfortable.Rachael was king enough to schedule her when no other pets would be at Rachael's shop..where it would be quiet and peaceful.... read full review
Since relocating my baby needed a new groomer and after reading many reviews I choose here for my little man. Professional, super friendly and wonderful job would be the experience we had. Thanks to the price, location and job well done my baby now has his grooming needs for now and the future all taken care of. Thank you again and we will see you soon.
