I broke my glasses over the weekend and am unable to perform basic functions without them. The woman who answered the phone, Donna, was incredibly kind and recommended multiple options of eye doctors in the area in order to get glasses as fast as possible. Delightful lady and when I get a handle on what is essentially my disability (I am almost blind) I am going to come back and buy spare pairs - solely because of Donna! Thank you, Sam’s!!

Always a great experience! The team is so friendly and helpful—they always clean my glasses and make adjustments for free, no questions asked. Big thanks to Donna, Rebecca, Ashley, and Jody for their kindness and top-notch service. I really appreciate the personal care they provide every time I stop by!
