I have just started going there. I have a Medicare Advantage policy that pays for some health/gym programs. I am still working, so I go at night or the weekend. They have numerous weight machines, treadmills, bike machines, swimming pool, and whirlpools. If you can go in the day time, they have several exercise classes and programs. I like it very much.

It needs a complete remodel!!! The staff however are friendly. The classes are fun and the equipment always worked well when I belonged there. I just the price is a bit steep for what you get in return. It just needs a major overhaul! It needs new equipment and new interior design. It’s 2019! It’s time for a change.

I went to this gym for about 3-4 months (had to temporarily stop because my kiddo is home for summer break) but I will most certainly be back. I went 4-5 days a week and without fail the staff was always so friendly, including the trainers, and all of their equipment was clean and orderly. Going to the gym can be a daunting experience, especially if you’re new to it, and even more so when you’re a woman. In many gyms I’ve gone to I’ve had unwanted and uncomfortable situations with other members and not one time going to this gym was I evermade to feel uncomfortable.
