10/10 recommend! If you have muscle tension, definitely for for the deep tissue massage. I feel like the staff are all very professional, great at answering questions, and super respectful. The new facility is gorgeous and relaxing, too.
I started with shoulder and lower back stiffness and pain to the point of not being able to sleep at night and with Liz’s help can rest comfortably at night now! Super nice lady who cares about her customers wellbeing!
If I could give 20 stars, I would! 6 months ago I came across the Inner Peace website. I found this 90-min Nervous System Reset massage which I haven’t seen elsewhere. Easy to book online, quick availability with Lisa Carter, no delays. Very polite, thoughtful and intuitive massage therapist. I have had many massages in my life and this one is pure MAGIC. She used a multitude of techniques. Swedish + craniosacral + lymphatic drainage. Life-changing and super-relaxing!! Highly recommend Lisa and Inner Peace!!
