Today my mother and I had been to Lowe's and Home Depot we had asked for help with a shower enclosure needed immediately that was an odd size. We were told both places to go online and order it there. We went to Home Outlet that I stumbled upon on Google and we thought we would try again.....one last time pretty defeated. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman that asked how he could help us and we told him. He said to give him a moment and went and spoke to the other gentlemen working and they walked us to what we needed in less than a minute and a half. We couldn't be more greatful! Just had a fantastic experience with customer service from Bobby. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. We weren't ignored and offered options we didn't know about. Much better than large box stores. Will definitely be back for home improvement projects

Nice, friendly, and helpful staff. The trim and laminate pre-formed countertops are cheaper than Lowes. I found the cabinets were approximately the same price as Lowe's but a better quality.
