My son recommended Fusion Heat and Air to us since he has been using them and is very satisfied with their service. Our heating unit went out at the end of last winter and we have had so much going on with health issues, we put off calling someone. To my surprise, they made an appointment for the very next day. Starting with the lady who answered the phone all the way to Sammy Robles who went through every option with me and actually was able to get the part, which he wasn't sure he could, but he came right back after he told me he could get the part and replaced the motor in about an hour! I want to highly recommend Andy and Eric at Fusion Heating & Air. They have been maintaining our units since we bought in VB in 2020. They recently replaced our H&A units and the experience has been well above average. 5 stars definitely. They were more than fair and honest with the pricing, they quoted us in 2023 and could have used today’s economy/tariffs to really gouge us when they requoted us but they did not. Our unit went out on Thursday and they were able to work us in on the following Monday…without any issues. HVAC went out on Friday morning and Fusion was the only responsive company. But Sandra knocked it out of the park. Whatever is even better than proactive, that's the service I received from her. If your luck is like mine, do yourself a favor and use a company that will try to make it less crappy and will 100% do right by you!
