My son recommended Fusion Heat and Air to us since he has been using them and is very satisfied with their service. Our heating unit went out at the end of last winter and we have had so much going on with health issues, we put off calling someone. To my surprise, they made an appointment for the very next day. Starting with the lady who answered the phone all the way to Sammy Robles who went through every option with me and actually was able to get the part, which he wasn't sure he could, but he came right back after he told me he could get the part and replaced the motor in about an hour! HVAC went out on Friday morning and Fusion was the only responsive company. But Sandra knocked it out of the park. Whatever is even better than proactive, that's the service I received from her. If your luck is like mine, do yourself a favor and use a company that will try to make it less crappy and will 100% do right by you!

The office staff was a delight when I scheduled service. I was not present for the work but the Tech communicated what the issue was and what needed to be addressed. A great experience all around!!
