The Fort Smith VA Clinic is known for its kind and amazing staff, providing great care to veterans, even those without family support. While phone wait times can be long, the clinic is responsive, especially through secure messaging. Overall, it is considered much better than other facilities, demonstrating a commitment to getting things done effectively.
The VA in ft smith is great !yes sonetimes tge phone wait can be long but that us nit there fault they are so kind an amazing everytime i have been there with my father!There is some Veterans that has no family members will to help them !
We encountered the issue with Google not updating the location (I have submitted multiple times that it is wrong, but that is on Google), but I have to say, this VA is so much better than what we had to deal with in NM. Responsive (especially via secure messaging), getting things actually done.
