This may be the most incompetent eye care office on the planet. They ordered my daughter multifocal contacts even after she said she didn't want them and she then came home to TX and when we called to ask them to send a new prescription to Target Optical in TX it took them over a week to even send it after I called multiple times and was told they would contact the doctor. They finally faxed the prescription to Target and I ordered the year supply of new contacts and we just received them and they are the WRONG contact. She wears Torric lenses and they sent the prescription for regular lenses. This is ridiculous and extremely incompetent. They have a call center... read full review

I had been going to this eye doctor for years and I had an appointment on Monday and I got a text saying they were cancelling my appointment yesterday. They knew my glasses had broken and I needed news ones and an eye exam. They said it was because I had cancelled twice in the last year. I also called them before the scheduled day. One was when I was in the hospital for two months last summer and one this year when I got COVID. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT DOING IT!!!!

Dr Dang and Associates were able to get me in same day...They were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to get fitted for contact lenses as well as eyeglasses. They took my vision insurance and accepted HSA payments. I was able to take my prescription and ordered new glasses the same day! I definitely plan to use them as my primary Vision provider, going forward.
